Every order undergoes batch-level quality inspection before delivery, including dimensional checks, surface finish uniformity, and packaging verification. We offer shipping via sea freight, air freight, or your designated forwarder. CE and SGS certification documents are available upon request. → Mass production lead time: 7–15 working days

Before mass production, we will produce a production-grade sample using the actual molds, CNC processing and specified surface treatment process. You review the sample. If it meets your requirements, we will start formal production. If modifications are needed, we will adjust accordingly. → Sample lead time: 7–10 working days

After your drawings are confirmed, we will provide a detailed quotation including unit price, processing fees, surface treatment costs and lead time. Prices are quoted as EXW factory terms with no hidden fees. We accept PayPal, credit card and T/T payments. Production starts once the deposit is received.

Our engineers will review every drawing before production. We verify dimensions, thickness, CNC machining feasibility, and surface treatment compatibility. We will then send you confirmed 2D/3D drawings for your signed approval. We will never start production without your written approval. → Lead time after confirmation: 7–15 days
